MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering/Math or other scientific discipline. In lieu of degree, relevant work experience may be substituted on a year for year basis.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Army range operations and the Sustainable Range Program (SRP).
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience with range operations.
- Must obtain and maintain any necessary security access and/or background checks.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft software (Microsoft Office Suite skills: Excel Level 2, Outlook Level 1, PowerPoint Level 1, and Word Level 1).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work independently with little or no supervision, be exceedingly well organized, flexible.
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to perform diverse duties under operating and deadline constraints.
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; monitors own work to ensure quality.
WORK SCHEDULE
Full-time. May be required to work additional hours as needed to complete assignment or project.
TRAVEL
The expected travel time is less than 10%.
DRIVING REQUIREMENT
Must have or be able to attain a valid state driver’s license and be insurable on the company’s automobile insurance policy. Driving, with or without accommodation, may be required when traveling and/or short occasional amounts of local driving. The expected driving time is less than 10%.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed in both an office setting, and outdoors. Employee often exposed to sharp objects and may be exposed to some heat, loud noise, chemicals, and vibration. Use of personal protective equipment is mandatory. Employee will be exposed to a wide variety of people in differing functions, personalities, and abilities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Frequent sitting, using hands/fingers, handling, reaching with hands and arms, talking, hearing; occasional walking or standing, occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS PACKAGE
- Pay: $65,000 per year.
