MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in building janitorial services.
- Must have basic reading and writing skills.
- Must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
- Must obtain and maintain any necessary security access and/or background checks.

- Able to prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines.
- Able to perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Ability to take direction.
- Strong attendance record and punctuality.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceedingly well organized, flexible.
WORK SCHEDULE
Full-time. May be required to work additional hours as needed to complete assignment or project.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is primarily performed in an office setting and/or building. Employee may be exposed to sharp objects and may be exposed to some heat, loud noise, chemicals, lead, and vibration. Katmai strictly adheres to the Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHA) regulations. Use of personal protective equipment is mandatory if applicable. Employee will be exposed to a wide variety of people in differing functions, personalities and abilities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Position requires the ability to bend, reach, stretch, push, pull and stand for extended periods; lift heavy objects, operate medium weight cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, etc., moving equipment, supplies, and furniture, using hands/fingers, handling, reaching with hands and arms, talking, hearing; walking or standing for extended periods, and occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS PACKAGE
- Pay: $20.11 per hour.
- H&W: $12.39 per hour.
