MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Five (5) years of recent experience (within the last ten (10) years) in the management and supervision of building mechanical operations and maintenance for high-rise building having more than four (4) floors, with experience of boilers, chillers, cooling towers, Building Automation System (BAS) programs and associated equipment.
- Must be available on call 24/7 for emergency notices and callbacks to provide coverage for assigned properties.
- Have a valid EPA certification (type I and II or Universal).
- NATE Certified (or similar) or ability to acquire within ninety (90) days of hire.
- Demonstrated experience working closely with senior personnel, government employees and other contractors.
- Capable of establishing mission-oriented teams and resolving facility failures in a timely fashion.
- Familiar with facility maintenance standards and practices.
- Must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
- Must obtain and maintain any necessary security access and/or background checks.

- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint).
WORK SCHEDULE
Full-time. May be required to work additional hours as needed to complete assignment or project.
TRAVEL
Shall travel as necessary to fulfill contract requirements.
DRIVING REQUIREMENTS
Must have or be able to attain a valid state driver’s license and be insurable on the company’s automobile insurance policy. Driving, with or without accommodation, may be required when traveling for training and/or short occasional amounts of local driving. The expected driving time is less than 25%.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed in a maintenance facility / light manufacturing setting and is often exposed to sharp objects and may be exposed to some heat, noise, chemicals and to vibration.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Position consists of sitting for long periods of time, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and lifting boxes weighing up to 50 pounds. Frequently uses hands/fingers for handling, to work with such hand tools as wrenches, screwdrivers, wire cutters, pliers, and soldering irons.
