MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated experience with developing and maintaining SharePoint Sites and WebPages.
- An associate degree in business or a technology related field.
- Four (4) years of experience primarily working in the field of employee and labor relations.
- Four (4) years of experience using Microsoft related programs in a professional environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including but not limited to, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Must obtain and maintain any necessary security access and/or background checks.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, to interpret information, advise supervisor, resolve problems, conduct meetings/briefings, conduct investigations, and interface with all levels of management throughout the Hanford Site, sufficient to perform the major duties of the position.
- Ability to plan, organize, and direct complex work, sufficient to perform the major duties of the position.
- Knowledge of the Hanford Site’s goals, objectives, organizations, programs, missions, and functions preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe and Adobe Pro applications
WORK SCHEDULE
Full-time. May be required to work additional hours as needed to complete assignment or project.
TRAVEL
The expected travel time is less than 25%.
DRIVING REQUIREMENTS
Must have or be able to attain a valid state driver’s license and be insurable on the company’s automobile insurance policy. Driving, with or without accommodation, may be required when traveling for training and/or short occasional amounts of local driving. The expected driving time is less than 25%.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is primarily performed in a professional office setting, including the normal office equipment (e.g., computer, fax machines, copier) and with a wide variety of people in differing functions, personalities, and abilities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Position consists of seeing up close and sitting for long periods of time, bending, stooping, crouching, and lifting up to 20 pounds. Frequently uses hands/fingers for manipulation of keyboard and mouse. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS PACKAGE
- Pay range: $80,000 to $120,000 per year.
